Today (Saturday) we had a really late lunch (? a lun-tea) - this is me preparing some salmon pieces by rubbing Thai red curry paste on them. In front of this is a fruit salad that I had made earlier.I thought that Jen might like to see the apron in action!
The salmon thing was absolutely yummy!
